Design a Theme for Window on Woking

Window on Woking allows organisations to choose from a growing library of themes for their pages.

Each theme is put together as a stylesheet that adjusts some of the colours, typography, layout and graphics of a page, giving your organisation's site a distinct look and feel.

Our selection includes themes designed by Adam Pink, Andrew Green and Mike Stenhouse — but we're on the lookout for many more.

Are you a CSS designer?

Do you have the technical skills and design talent to build a theme for us?  Whether you're a hobbyist or a seasoned professional, we'd really love to see what your creativity can conjure.

• Download the theme resources pack (104K zip archive) to find out how we need themes to be built, and to see an example theme's files.
• Contact us and introduce yourself.  If you have a great idea and something we can see that demonstrates your style, that's all we need right now.  If you can supply us with an image of your design ideas for a sample page, so much the better.  But please don't worry about working through all the details, or completing the design in CSS at this stage.
• We're offering £200 for each completed theme that we use.  If we like your idea, we'll then contract you to work it up.
• We'll acknowledge the designers of all completed themes on this page, with a link to your personal web site if you have one.
