Welcome to the new blog for site developments on Window on Woking.  Here, we plan to provide full details of new features we add to the site, share publishing tips, and outline our plans for the future.

Window on Woking is over three years old now, and since launch, we've made dozens of improvements, both to the site itself, and to the publishing tools available to organisations.

A very recent change that we've made is to make the Administration Shell (the part of the site publishers use to add and amend pages) fully-compatible with Firefox and other modern browsers:

The changes needed for this have been a long time coming, and we're really pleased they're finally here.  The main site has worked properly with pretty much any browser from the day we launched, but some of the editing facilities we used in the Administration Shell originally required Internet Explorer.
