Woking Association of Voluntary Service (WAVS) offers a comprehensive IT consultancy service to charities and other voluntary and community groups in the Woking area. The service covers the following elements:

Internet/email installation - advice on the best broadband connection to suit your particular requirements and help with set-up.

Networking -how to get your PCs working together.

Fit for Purpose check - on-site consultation to assess your computing requirements against what you have already. Fixed fee based on the number of units to be assessed.

New system consultation and set-up - assessment of needs and budget available. Advice on current security and software applications required. Installation of system and any necessary peripherals.

Advice and guidance on using MS Office Suite to perform specific tasks, i.e. newsletter, spreadsheets and databases.

This is a fee-paying service and a scale of charges will be provided on request.
