Crossroads helps and supports full-time carers across Surrey, who are caring for a disabled, ill or elderly person at home.
They care for families regardless of race, gender, marital status, age, ethnic orgin or disability.
Our service helps to relieve stress carers are suffering.
We also help to prevent the admission to hospitals or residential care homes, enabling people to stay in their own homes for as long as possible.
