Window on Woking website

Groups are encouraged to register their organisation directly with Window on Woking.  Registration is very simple and free of charge.  Once registered groups are able to add information about their group, contact details and list all their productions and events.

The Ambassadors website

If hirers choose to use the facility of The Ambassadors Box Office acting as a ticket printing and ticket sales bureau, then their show will automatically appear on the 'What's On' section of The Ambassadors website. Also, groups selling tickets through their own Box Office can submit details of their show for inclusion on The Ambassadors website.

It is the responsibility of each group to supply copy and an image to enhance their 'page'. Please send the following copy to emmasmyth@theambassadors.com:
- copy to be no more than 100 words
- image to be Jpeg format
- main picture 512 pixels wide x 366 pixels high
- additional pictures: 187 pixels wide x 256 pixels high

Unfortunately, The Ambassadors Theatre does not have the staff resources to communicate directly with the Hirer in this regard and therefore the responsibility lies solely with the Hirer to supply web material if they wish.
