Publicity for your production

Brochure

Woking Borough Council produces two brochures a year for the Rhoda McGaw Theatre.  These are distributed through The Ambassadors mailing list and various locations across the Borough. 

Groups who have booked the theatre will be contacted in advance to request copy and a picture. The copy deadlines are 1st April and 1st September.  There is a cost of £100 per entry (£50 for accredited users).

Posters and Flyers

The Ambassadors Box Office - There is a pillar dedicated to users of the Rhoda McGaw Theatre for one A2 poster per production and A5 or DL leaflets.  Posters and leaflets must be left at Woking Borough Council, Civic Offices for the attention of Danielle Bounds.

The Theatre Foyers - There are a number of leaflet holders for users of the Rhoda McGaw Theatre for A5 or DL sized leaflets.  Leaflets must be left at Woking Borough Council, Civic Offices for the attention of Danielle Bounds.

Woking Borough Council Reception - WBC have a "What's On" display in their reception area and are able to take one poster (A2 or A3 sized) per production.  The poster must be left at Woking Borough Council, Civic Offices for the attention of Danielle Bounds.

Borough Boards - There are a total of 14 Boards across the Borough which take A2 sized posters. Space must be reserved through Woking Borough Council.

Drive-By Boards - There are 4 drive by boards across the Borough which take posters 1m x 1.5m.  Space must be reserved through Woking Borough Council. 

If you wish to display posters or leaflets in local libraries or shops etc then please contact them directly to make arrangements.

Website

Groups are encouraged to register their organisation directly with Window on Woking.  Registration is very simple and free of charge.  Once registered groups are able to add information about their group, contact details and list all their productions and events.

Woking Magazine

All entries in the Rhoda McGaw Theatre brochure will automatically be included in the What's On guide in the Woking Magazine.  Any other groups who wish to be in the magazine listings should contact Laura Holman on 01483 720103 or laura.holman@woking.gov.uk
