Goldsworth Park's Lost Road

Between Kestrel Way and the Horsell entrance to Sythwood, there is a road that waits in vain!

As part of a planned Eastern relief road the first stage was built. It is now decaying with its entrances blocked off, waiting for the rest of the road to be completed.

This may never happen and so it waits....
