We  are finally  going to start using our wheelie bins next week.  There have been a few problems, and not everyone is happy with there new bins. Hopefully with discussion with the Council  your problems will be solved,and given time you will get used to using the wheelie bins which  I feel sure will be a great success for the greater majority of our Borough.
