I am delighted that the residents of the bungalows on Hawthorn Rd. opposite Ash Rd. have received a £69 refund on their heating charge following my request to WBC. The communal heating boiler keeps cutting off due to power failures. Secondary heating had been removed. I have been able to organise a replacement rear door and a path improvement which has made life easier for two residents. It is the installation of dropped curbs I requested which has seen the most benefit to those suffering from painful joints.
