Following the complete replacement of the footpath surface I have repeatedly requested that potholes are filled promptly. I am pleased that my pestering of the Surrey County Council Highways Department has resulted in a speedier service. I continue to badger for a completely new road surface and am assured that it is being treated as a priority. It is just a pity that the budget for last year was UNDERSPENT!
