Byfleet Care - also known as Byfleet Community Action - is a neighbourhood care scheme that offers help to housebound, elderly or disabled residents of Byfleet and West Byfleet. Volunteers help with shopping, collection of prescriptions, transport to the Health Centre or other essential journeys withing the boundaries of the villages.
