Description

This is a sample organisation to help provide a demonstration of the range of content formats available on Window on Woking.

It's mostly likely to be of interest to developers producing new themes for the site.

Organisations can add as much additional homepage content as they wish, although many will not have added any.  All formatting rules that apply to inner pages must apply here also, but do be careful that your theme doesn't break if there's no content after the homepage card.

Be aware that there will not always be all four panels that you see to the side here.  The panel on registering with the organisation will always appear for all organisations. The variant file of this page shows what happens  to this panel if you're logged-in to the site, and you must make sure your theme works in both contexts.

The This Section panel only appears when additional pages have been added to the organisation's microsite.  Not all organisations will do this.

The What's New panel only appears when there are pages that have been added to the microsite recently.  Organisations may also publish pages that they restrict to people who have registered with them, and it's possible to open these up to people who've registered with specific other organisations on the site.  So, if you've logged-in, even if your organisation hasn't added any pages recently, another organisation might have added pages of their own that they've decided to make available to you, and these will additionally be listed here.  The variant file of this page shows this in action.  Be aware, then, that this panel may show links to new pages from this organisation, links to new pages from other organisations, or both.

Finally, the Events panel lists any entries added to the site-wide events diary by this organisation.  There may be any number of events listed (and, of course, if the organisation hasn't added any, the panel won't appear at all).
