'Tune In' to your neighbourhood

What is "Tune In"?

"Tune In" is the name for a series of community based workshops across the Borough, aimed at providing residents with the opportunity to:

• discuss issues in their local area
• meet representatives from a range of public sector and voluntary bodies who work in the area
• consider how collectively they can address issue that are raised
• consider how they can become more involved in the day to day life of their neighbourhood.

Partners

Tune In brings together the local community and a number of organisations responsible for providing services to the community.  These include:

• Woking Borough Council

• Surrey County Council

• Surrey Police

• Woking Association of Voluntary Services

• local community and voluntary organisations

'Tune In' Events

Look out for details of workshops that are being held throughout the Borough.  Tune In events are advertised on Window on Woking and locally.  The topics of discussion and agreed actions arising from each event are reported in the Neighbourhood Pages of Window on Woking (for example 'Tune In' at Goldsworth Park and 'Tune In' in Byfleet, West Byfleet and Pryford)
