General Update

Further to the ‘Tune In’ event in January, Woking Borough Council, Surrey Police and the Surrey Youth Justice Service are  holding a ‘Clean Up’ day on Saturday 11th October.   We hope that residents and volunteers will help with litter picking around QE2 gardens and the High Street area, whilst the Surrey Youth Justice Service will concentrate on graffiti clearance along the footpaths.   Please meet at QE2 Gardens at 10am.   This is the first event we have planned in Horsell and looking to the future we hope to build on this event and develop a range of activities which can be organised to benefit the wider community.

For further information please contact Kate Wilson on 01483-743465 or email kate.wilson@woking.gov.uk
