New Online Grants Applications

Community organisations are now able to apply online for grant aid from Woking Borough Council  (note: this service is only available if you have registered with Window on Woking - learn about registering here) .

Applying for grants online is easy and offers the following benefits:

  • grant forms are pre-filled with your contact information and information about your organisation
  • the system uses 'intelligent' form filling.  This means each time you add information to an application form this will be remembered next time you make a grant application -  reducing the amount of information you have to enter next time
  • once submitted, a copy of your form will be saved for you to refer to
  • you will be able to track your grant application with regular progress reports available on Window on Woking through your log in
  • all details submitted electronically will be encrypted for security
Applications for the 2008/09 financial year are now available. Before completing an application form please contact Frank Jeffrey on 01483 743012.
Full details of the scheme, including criteria for applications are available on the Council's website.

Note: it may take 48 hours or so after joining Window on Woking before the grant form is available. If the message "you cannot yet make applications on behalf of the following organisations"  is displayed in the box below you will need to contact the Support Team to access the grant application form.
