We are learning the 24-Step Yang Style Form, a classic Tai Chi Form and are about one-third of the way through. As we have asked to learn this slowly and 'properly', beginners should be able to catch up to a passable standard quickly and then slowly improve with the rest of us.

We ask people to register so that we can be ready to welcome them and give some preliminary information.

Please note that we do not run a drop-in class, for the reasons that you will find by following the link to Joining the class.

We usually have tea after the class. This is a very friendly social actiivity and time is often spent talking Tai Chi. It's quite an important part of the class and particularly supportive for new members.
